Nutrition Counsellor, Holistic Chef and Reiki Master Teacher Simone Kopkas, and Sharon Dearden, Personal Trainer in Pilates & Barre, ex-international athlete will host a fun and informative workshop on how your exercise and food choices impact energy, body shape, hormones, mood, immunity and brain function. Come & learn about what to eat & what’s the ideal exercise for you.

Would you like to reach and maintain your healthy weight naturally and find balance & vitality? Nutrition Counsellor, Holistic Chef and Reiki Master Teacher Simone Kopkas, and Sharon Dearden, Personal Trainer in Pilates & Barre, ex-international athlete will host a 21 day program packed with nutrition & exercise solutions to easily bring whole food and regular exercise into your daily lifestyle. The class meets once a week, for 4 Thursday evenings in November.

The Healthy Weight for Life program will include:
• Daily support throughout the program in the Closed Facebook group and email.
• Meet once a week for four Thursday evenings in November 7-9pm. The last evening with ‘healthy choices fun night out’.
• More than 40 recipes, many handouts, meal plan, exercise plan, pantry boot-camp.
• Step-by-step information to keep you on track, helping you achieve your health goals and healthy weight.
• Learn the secret to cleansing and food combining, and how this supports real results in reducing inflammation, digestive issues and bloating.
